The Culinary Team of Finland is a national team that represents Finland in international culinary competitions. The goal of the national team is to be a creative and innovative role model in the field of gastronomy domestically and internationally.
The team is the only Finnish representative to take domestic ingredients to create a 110-person menu and a 12-person seven-course menu. Our strong idea is to promote domestic food and food culture, strengthen the Finnish country brand and support young people’s interest in education and the profession of a chef.
The competition in 2022 will be the World Cup in Luxembourg and the main focus will be the 2024 Culinary Olympics, Stuttgart, Germany.
